Important information about delivery delays
Parcelforce Worldwide is the main courier with which Thedresscode delivers parcels from England to Bulgaria.
The latest information we have from the courier company is that all deliveries to Bulgaria will be delayed due to precautionary measures and the emergency situation with the outbreak of coronavirus throughout Europe.
Preventive measures to prevent the spread of a virus, all shipments are disinfected and stay for up to 72 hours in a warehouse for disinfection.
All shipments will be delivered, but the delivery time is extended to 30 working days from the warehouse in England to Bulgaria.
Since the outbreak of the Coronavirus, Thedresscode is closely following the guidance of Public Health England and the World Health Organization, for preventive measures and to minimize the risks to our customers and our employees at work. Several briefings have been issued which include the latest guidance from PHE on personal hygiene.
All shipments, without exception, will be subjected to disinfection, all shipments without exception will be re-packaged in new sterile packages in order to prevent transmission of infection.
Please excuse us in case there is a delay in your delivery, it will be delivered as soon as possible after passing all preventive measures to disinfect and re-pack the product by our employee.
